Movember is a movement/annual event that raises awareness during the month of November for men’s health issues by growing mustaches. Sponsored by the Movember Foundation, their goal is to “change the face of men’s health”.
How does the Movember Foundation build awareness and contribute to men’s health?
The Movember Foundation encourages men or “Mo Bros” to get involved and build awareness about – early cancer detection, diagnosis, effective treatments and prevention of early death. Their goals are global and they aim for a reduction of number of men dying prematurely by 25% by 2030.
