Dr. Hibret Hailu Benjamin, DDS

Through her years of training & experience, Dr. Benjamin has developed a theory of Comprehensive Dental Care. She is committed to comfortable, pain free & relaxed dentistry.

Dr Benjamin is deeply committed to serving her community. With over 20 years of experience, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of San Francisco & her doctorate in dental surgery from the University of California.

A couple of decades ago, she established Marina Tooth Fairy Dental in San Francisco, where she has been dedicated to providing quality dental care ever since. For the last decade, she has served as an assistant clinical professor at UCSF School of Dentistry, emphasizing the importance of education and high-quality, comprehensive dental care.

Additionally, Dr. Benjamin runs a study club with a group of dentists, fostering collaboration & continuous learning in the field. She has served on the San Francisco dental boards in various capacities, including as a member of the peer review committee, & she is currently on the AAUCSF Board of Directors & the Dean’s Council for the School of Dentistry. Dr. Benjamin is also a proud recipient of the Medal of Honor for her dedication to mentoring the future of dentistry.

She focuses on family general dentistry, conservative cosmetic dentistry, dental implant surgical procedures & full mouth rehabilitation, all aimed at creating healthy & beautiful smiles in a comfortable & pain-free environment.

In her free time, Dr. Benjamin enjoys cycling, wakeboarding, swimming & cheering on her son at his sporting events.
